Went in to get some family airlooms clean but would not clean them if we did not buy them at this shop. Bad for them will never buy fro. Proud again.

I keep trying Prouds but the look doesn't justify the quality or price. Product lasts a maximum of 3 weeks before breaking and Prouds Goulburn continually refuse to warrant. Good looking product, terrible quality, terrible staff, no after sales service except rudeness. 4 products to date broken and no warranty allowed.

The total on the receipt didn't seem right so I checked - I had been overcharged for one item.The sales assistant refused to fix the mistake and when I asked for a refund instead she said she would only give me store credit.In essence, Prouds Goulburn made a mistake and refused to correct it, and I am expected to bear the cost. It is dishonest and sneaky behaviour.I should have listened to friends who warned me not to shop there. Will not be returning.

Extremely bad service. Bought a wedding ring late December 2021 and had it sent off to be resized. Said it would be back mid January. They phoned and said it would be back 9th February. After many calls made by me with no answers from them, It is now 9th March and they said it may not be back for the wedding late March! They said they can give a refund or send another one off to be resized and it might be back next Friday? What a crock! Will NEVER purchase from there again!

A great spacious store located in Goulburn Square. The staff were very friendly, weren’t pushy, and definitely knew their stuff. There are also some great bargains/sale items usually available, and it’s very easy to get to.If you’re looking for jewellery or watches in Goulburn, then this is the best place to go. Thoroughly recommend.
