I have had the good fortune to have met Emma Kelly through my need to to address numerous chronic pain issues having suffered an injury over 33 years ago. I have been seeing Emma now for around 4 to 5 years and I must say that I feel better both physically and spiritually after each consultation.With Emma an hour appointment means an initial update and debrief on what is going on and what needs to be addressed and a FULL HOUR of hands on treatment. Most other therapists deduct the initial communication time off that hour consultation time. Emma dedicates unpaid time between clients which allows her appointments to run on time. Although my particular health fund is not covered - I go to Emma for the quality care and not the rebate.After each consultation I feel increased mobility and in better spirits to face life in the legacy of my initial injury and subsequent surgeries.Emma communicates well during treatments asking for feedback as to individual tolerances and listens well to responses and individual needs.
