Though it took 20 minutes to actually get through to this department, I found the woman who answered (not sure if she was an Officer or not) to be helpful.I was reporting an abandoned car blocking traffic on Koondoola Avenue which was posing a high risk of causing a traffic incident due to the location and placement of the said vehicle. The vehicle did have hazard lights on but there was no-one present and the car had been sitting there for at least 2 hours.The woman (Officer?) stated she would send an Officer out to check it out as soon as was possible.Update: Recieved a followup call within approx 20 minutes from the woman I had spoken to previously, she introduced herself as an Officer (I had missed her name initially as had been listening to pre-recorded messages and thought her response was just another one) - apologies.There has been another report relating to said vehicle and the Officer stated that this would be followed up as soon as humanly possible due to large workload this evening.
