Safe. This is the word that came to my mind as soon as I met Christie. Christie was really quick to build a connection that allowed me to step into my anxiety and work through what the beliefs that I held that triggered me, and as it happened also held me back.It's Christies tenderness and care which allowed me to explore places I hadn't before. The practical exercises and activities that I took away from each session are hugely beneficial and used each day.I continue to check in with Christie as needed and have recommended her to friends and others that I know Christie will benefit from her exceptional counselling & psychotherapy skills. I highly recommend Christie to anyone who wishes to have a deeper sense of self, to feel joy and a connection.

Working with Christie recently on our Tender Heart of Grief workshop has been a career highlight for me.
