Wilson Storage Caroline Springs
I leased out a storage unit here just over a week ago. I went to place my belongings in there today to find another persons padlock on my unit. I’m absolutely disgusted. There is no out of hours number to call to have this removed and/or any other persons belongings in there. I have been highly inconvenienced by this and would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Disgusting service by the staff at this business.Constantly blaming things on prior management.Was told ‘you know nothing about running a business’. Received an assortment of verbal abuse and zero customer service.Please do not take your business here, just go somewhere else I beg.Was mischarged by this business and they refused to give a refund. Was also hung up on by the staff. No callbacks as promised.Also the toilets are always closed??I think this is genuinely the worst customer service I have every received.

Wilsons Storage at Ravenhall was smooth and easy access. The staff members Trudy & Nadia were very helpful and friendly.Had no issues whatsoever.I would definitely recommend this place.
