Officeworks Morayfield

Rude staff at the print desk. Too hard to press print for 40 A4 pages, would rather I come back in 3 days to collect. Store was dead quiet and I was happy to wait. I'd give this store a miss.

Just want to say a big thank you to Emily for being so friendly, patient and helpful this morning with printing, scanning and sending my documents as I had no idea what to do. Such a lovely young lady.

I would have thought ordering and paying online then Click & Collect would be the fastest & easiest way to shop. NOT AT ALL.The time you have to wait for staff to bring your goods out to you I could have done the shop personally in half the time. Very disappointed Office Works

Customer service at this store is horrendous. 5 visits to this store and only 1 was positive. Every time there are large groups of customers gathered around the counter waiting to be served while either one staff member rushes around or that one staff member sits at the back printers refusing to ask customers if they need help or call for help.What makes it more infuriating is that there is often 4 other staff wondering around the store packing shelves completely blind to the fact there is now a long line forming at the counter. Strangely they often all appear out of no where when the line finally goes. It’s like they are all avoiding serving.Oh when you finally get served you get attitude or next to no effort. At one point I waited 30 mins to have the self serve printer restocked while 4 out of 5 staff stood around with not a care in the world, even after I alerted one of them to the problem. Only one person must be equiped with the skill to stock printer paper in a printer. Strange for a place that is called Office Works!Seems there are numerous reviews with similar experiences so surprised that Office Works isn’t onto this. Last time I shop here, burned too many times

Team member Dani was helpful and instructive, helped me find what I was after and saved me the pain of waiting through the queues with only one item. Went out of her way to help and made the day for me.

2 separate tech sales people assured me that my laptop came with a fine point stylus, but it wasn't in packaging. I was assured that they would supply the missing item to just come in the next day. I got a gum chewing assistant who had attitude that I was trying to rip them off, wouldn't look for the note that was supposed to be left, & kept saying that not all of them came one. After getting the previous salesman to agree he had told me it did, my gum chewer gave me the cheapest 1 she could find just to get me to go away. Ii only wanted what was paid for, shame they dont live up to advertising. Extremely poor customer service.

Customer service was exceptional :)I did not see the guys name. He was polite, curtious and very welcoming.Best price guaruntee was another reason i choose to shop at office works.I will definitly come back again!Thank you office works morayfield!!

Went in to this store on Saturday 11/3/23 looking for a lever arch file. I approached a young blond girl operating a machine in the aisle and asked her where they were situated. She pointed to the side of the store. Upon going down the next aisle (as her machine was blocking that aisle), I finally found them only to see that the same girl had just blocked the section off with black & yellow tape right in front of my eyes. She told me I couldn't get past. I told her I would access from the other end of the taped off area. To my astonishment, when I went around the aisles to the other end, she had beaten me & moved the tape on a wider angle so I couldn't access them! By then, a dark haired girl had joined her & I asked how long until I could find a folder (thinking about 10 or 15 minutes). She said 2 hours". Disgraceful behaviour when the first girl sent me there as she knew that was what I wished to purchase. I was so upset by their rudeness. I stood in the shop looking for a staff member to discuss & finally spoke to a lovely young red haired girl on the front counter who apologised. I went home in tears and relayed the story to my husband who promptly went straight into the store. He went to the appropriate section which was still roped off but the barrier had been moved back to original position. He spoke to the offending girls about how rude they were and they just smirked at him. He leaned in ignoring the barriers and got what I needed
