100% good service. I asked for the warranty claim and they came and fixed, and changed the new module without asking much. Really satisfied with using LiteStart and recommend to everyone.

I had Litestart install automatic gates. They were very competitively priced. After a few discussions on the way the installation was to proceed, they delivered a very good end result. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend them.

I was very impressed by LiteStart team. They arranged my job super quick and the technician was honest. One year later my auto gate motor was repaired by someone, it stopped working again. The person who previously fixed it said the motor was broken down and needed to replace, would cost more than $2000, and told no other option. Thank God, I didn't go through but someone referred LiteStart. The LiteStart techo found one of the cables was not connected, simply connected that cable and my gate works! I saved heaps!!!I am extremely happy with the technician's work ethic and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Terrible service. I bought a new gate remote, after spending thousands on the initial gates, and was given programming instructions. The $60 remote does not include programming. I cant program the remote using the instructions ( it just doesn't work). No technician at the company will speak to be to run through the procedure, like they initially assured me they would. Through the receptionist, I was told I would have to pay a $153 call out to have the remote programmed!! So one remote will now cost me at least $213- What a rip off!!I would expect a technician would at least talk to a loyal customer to try and help me out. I should mention, we are only 2km from the business, so a $153 call out fee seems excessive anyway.I will buy my new keypad and have any repairs done else where.

Great service! Following a power surge my old ECA gate controller lost contact with all my remotes. Vincenzo came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly! I will no doubt be having to replace the motors and controller soon due to age so I will certainly be a customer again.

The new owners are so helpful and fixed the issue with my electric gate. So thankful. Great job Marco. Highly recommend this company.
