Star Car Wash - Australia Fair
Please return passenger seats to a usable position. Had two cars cleaned both had seats left forward. One had a door left not fully closed on passenger side. Small issues other wise good service. Polite and prompt.

I really was surprised how well my car turned out. For years we had relied on a car wash in Ferry Road. However they closed.So this was my first attempt at a new one.The young man was so kind and helpfulAs it is always hard to manoeuvre in the Australia Fair car park. But he helped meWith this,I shall return and even better was able to do some shopping while my car was washed.

I spent $135 for car wash and interior detailing. Very unsatisfied. After service there was still marks on the exterior I could rub off with my finger and inside the console and doors are still oily and grimy. I do not recommend this car wash and will not return myself.

I was disappointed. Was told that a premium service to wash inside and out not enough to wash inside and out. Apparently that service is for already clean cars. Just needed vacuum and wipe down. Lots missed inside. Wouldn’t use again.

Worst experience. 120 dollars paid and i can still pass my fingers inside and find dust.Car was totally fine, and due to moving states with a little one, back seats were a bit messy as long drives were taken.My boy was sick and i just wanted the car to be clean. They said “special” products had to be used !If it wasn’t a rushy day, wouldn’t stop there ..Location totally priced .Friendly staff, terrible service for a $120 wash with not even stain removal

Not happy with the detail at all for $100. I have a black car and they missed spots all over and the wheels were still dirty in spots too. And the interior was missed in spots too. I wouldn’t return.

Do not get your car washed here. Paid $100 and it was still dirty. The guy was rude as. I was so disappointed. He actually made my car worse. I will never go back and will be letting everyone I know how bad they are.

I used Star Car Wash Southport for the first time this week. Nitin and his colleague did a fantastic job on my car which was very dirty after a long road trip. I chose the Platinum Wash (exterior and interior) and it was great value at $57, and even better for me in that I was able to tap into an Entertainment Book $10 off offer. My car is absolutely sparkling; I highly recommend this business and will return.

Scratched everyone single windows tint off. Offered half off the NEXT wash? The car was not cleaned or polished at all like had been paid for :( Will never ever return.
