Barely washed my blouse. Don't think they even washed it. It stunk.I still paid $20 but it honestly wasn't worth it. I was recommended this place but it was awful. It was also a trial period to see if I'd take all my silks there.No chance. This place is absolutely awful. I would definitely not trust them.What awful service. So hard to find a good dry cleaner these days.

Several issues here. Incredibly expensive for jackets and wasn't told price (until we asked and then decided against it) we went ahead with another item. Printed out a date to pick it up, wasn't ready when we went (few days after the ready date) told to wait longer but couldn't say how long, ended up being about 2 weeks. Will never return

Silk skirt had a water stain which I was told could not be removed. The woman at the front desk said her supervisor would call me the next day to discuss. No one called for the rest of the week. When I went to pick up the skirt, prepared to take it elsewhere, there was a safety pin near the faint stain. I was gobsmacked that they would pin a silk skirt! When removed the pin pulled a thread and left two pin holes! The woman had the nerve to say that I still had to pay for the service. I said I would keep my integrity and pay but their service was horrible and careless. Do not take delicate items to this dry cleaner

I brought in an item for a minor repair and was quoted $8. I had specifically asked for the price upfront to decide whether I should do it myself or have it done at the shop. I was informed 2 days after, when it was due for pick up, that the price had gone up to $18. I said I didn’t want to pay that for such a small repair and that they should honour their intitial quote. They refused and I had to pick it up and am left without a repair the night before I have to wear the item. Very bad service.

Does anyone work here? Multiple customers waiting for over 20 minutes during business hours (1pm on Sat). No one seemed to be working but the shop was open. Poor customer service.

Not only did it take a long time for someone to come out from behind the curtains, they quoted me $80 to dry clean a coat. I went to Blue and White where it was done same day for $36!
