I had gone there for a hair cut and Lorraine took care of my hair. She made sure several times that she is doing exactly what I want. Her manners makes you feel so comfortable to express your opinions. She gave me some good tips on how to use different products for my hair. I was very happy with my experience and felt so relaxed there. I highly recommend this place.

There website said I didn’t have to book into there salon but when I was in the building speaking to a lady at a front desk they said I had to book a appointment for tomorrow or next day and they recommended sass hair over the road from them.

Newstead Hair provided me with wonderful bridal hair and makeup service. I was worried I wouldn’t look like myself after being done up for my wedding, but I got the natural look I was after and felt amazing. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to look and feel their best on a special occasion.

I dont go here anymore after they ruined my hair. Its taking 6 months to restore the blonde to a natural look and 4 months of growing out a hairstyle. I told the hair dresser to stop only then did she say she cant layer! After complaining to the boss and asking her to fix it. She actually said what prompted you to go short! I replied I asked for a trim before the hairdresser cut it short and the manager laughed. They dont listen!
