They were recommended by a place I bought the rubber surround for the back window, apparently that is where they get theirs for the same car I have. When I turned up to ask if they could replace it, I never saw and heard someone work so hard at avoiding doing a job than these guys. Took two of them to tell me why it can’t be done, the rubber isn’t t right, it will damage the window, it won’t fit right, it’s missing some extra locking strip - on and on.Went to another place 15min away, they got it done in under half an hour.

Prices are quite reasonable the customer service and communication is lacking. Ordered glass after the one they had in stock was damaged.Had to keep chasing to see if it was in. 4 weeks later found it had been sitting there and wasn't informed.

The job is good. But the phone booking said the job would be done on my place but no one turned up and I had to drive to the workshop. Then they got the wrong glass for my car and I had to came back again the following day.

Had a new windscreen fitted yesterday morning but it cracked for some reason so another one was ordered and fitted this morning. Both visits weren't a problem and the staff were very professional and friendly. Thank you for the service.

They stuffed up my booking and never showed up to my house. When I called they told me to bring vehicle to the shop and they would get it done asap. Got the car home and noticed they had scratched paintwork and the seal wasn't fitted evenly. Took it back had majority of the scratches polished out said there wasn't much they could do about the seal. Overall disappointing experience I'll avoid ever using them again.
