I spent a weekend here with my family and friends, it's a really good entertainment place, lot of water activities and fun. But not proper maintenance, the washroom & toilets were not well maintained and very smelly.

We have visited this waterpark on multiple occasions and it has never been overly busy meaning only a short wait for slides. The facilities are clean and there is a food van on site or plenty of space to have your own picnic. There are enough slides to entertain all ages, highly recommend giving this place a visit especially considering it is such good value for money!

Outdoors, cold water park and cold showers, plenty of parking close to the bus stop, limited food service, affordable price , it suits all ages.Separate entry to the swimming pool, online booking only , there are shade areas , open during the season long summer school holiday everyday and weekends, check their website before you make your way there.

Good value for money and awesome spot for the locals. Smaller version of wet n wild. A lot of slides for the older ones, and a decent sized kids zone. There are bbq and cabana facilities that you can book and hire for functions which is great. Outdoor bathroom facilities are clean and spacious. Regular spot for our family. You can definitely spend a whole day here!

Visited the pool with my 5 months old on a Thursday 3 weeks ago.The staff at the desk were super friendly and helpful specially Pennie. Who explained how everything works and was very kind the whole time. Was smiling and just her whole demeanour was nice.Makes a huge difference to come to a new a place as a new mum and feel welcome. We ended up even staying for a swim. Thanks so much for a lovely experience

Me and my friends went to aquatopia with a major issue. It wasn't about the entertainment or the staff but there was a family there that was very disrespectful towards other people including my family and I. My child left aquatopia with injuries and bruises on her back. The cause of this is because the fun land water park area is unattended with staff, leaving people to go down the water slides straight after each other and no safety rules! Because of this, other children went straight after mine and was kicking them down the slides, these other children were at least 2 years older than mine. Another issue was in the wave pool, the same children were harassing my daughter and her friends by trying to DROWN THEM and continuously kicking and dragging them around the wave pool. After this we let the lifeguards know and they only gave that family a warning, nothing else just a warning, after trying to potentially kill my own children. This issue needs to be fixed and the place is severely understaffed. Only recommend for those who want their children to be traumatised after their experience. The park itself was quite fun, very small but good for families, not too many rides mainly ones for older children.

This centre has poor accessibility for parents with young babies and people with a disability. Visited these pools for the first time and needed to use the parent room to change my young baby. Found out they have one shared toilet for parents with young children and for people with a disability . When I went to use it, it was locked and needed a key to use it. When I went to the staff to get the key which is a long walk back through the secured gates, I asked the staff to open the door as it was locked and they said no you just need a key, we always keep it locked. I was shocked that a disabled toilet needed a key!. I needed to wait for the staff to finish serving people and then they attended to me after 5 minutes. They then mentioned I needed to give them ID or something of mine in exchange for the key. I was shocked to hear this. They said the reason is because people steal the key. I couldn't believe this was needed to just use a toilet. I was a parent with a baby but imagine if I was a person with a disability who may have urgently needed to use the toilet, would have had to wait so long and then exchange ID to use the toilet. Absolutely ridiculous and against rights to equality and accessibility. When I explained this to a staff member Margaret that the toilets need to be unlocked for easy access for people with young children and disability, she laughed and said no as other people would use the toilet. That is no excuse to lock toilets and expect someone to have to exchange ID or a personal item or have to ask to be able to use a toilet in a public setting. Meanwhile other people who dont have young children or a disability can use the general female and male toilets at ease without any barriers to access. I hope that this feedback can bring about some change and educate the centre to become more inclusive and eliminate the barriers to access for people with young children and more importantly for people with a disability.
