Got the blinds installed approx. Two years ago. No problems , still looking good.

I had 4 outdoor blinds installed in 2016 which cost me near $5000. From the first month of install I had issues with trying to put them up and down. ( not electric ). They had to come out each year and sometimes a couple of times a year to fix them and replace the springs. Then a few months would go by and they would stop working again. I still had the same issues with my blinds the year they ran out of warranty and they wanted nothing to do with it other than offering to replace the springs again at a cost. I have now been stuck with only one working blind that goes up and down now for 4 years. What a waste of money. They should have fixed the tracking issue with my blinds before it ran out of warranty. They just kept sending the same guy over and over who clearly couldn't fix the issue. What a waste of money.
