Unbelievably terrible service experience! My husband had a pre-booked appointment at this branch, arriving promptly at 9 am, only to wait until he decided to leave and come back later. Despite waiting until 4 pm without any confirmation or update on the service status, he returned to the branch at 5 pm, only to find out they were just about to start the service. It's a relief we didn't purchase our car from this branch because their poor customer service is evident. No one was available to assist with our inquiries. Avoid this branch and explore other options; their consistently disappointing service is a major letdown. We are extremely disappointed with the overall poor service quality.

Worst customer service. My car was repaired on Thursday and two days later the same issue happened again. Engine light is on and count down is on so my situation is very urgent and there’s no available time for me to book in an urgent repair in one week. So I have to go to another dealer. Still waiting someone to call me back on the issue. It’s been three days. Also they don’t have enough people serving the customers. I was told to wait 30 min to get a coffee or just go. No loan cars available. Car park is so packed. Will never go back again.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car from Mercedes-Benz Paramatta. All the Sales, Delivery and Pre-delivery staff were exceptional to deal with and made the purchase stress free. Special thanks to Eileen Tran for explaining and setting up pre-delivery arrangements for the car.

Reason for giving 5 stars as I m very satisfied with the customer service I received from Eileen from the Pre delivery team at Parramatta Mercedes Benz. I found Eileen to be very efficient, professional and friendly to deal with. As I recently needed to view some footages from the IRoad dash cam installed in my C350e. I emailed Eileen for instructions on how to view the recordings. Eileen replied promptly and provided a very easy to follow instructions and also answer to all my questions. So, thank you much Eileen for your assistance.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Ms Eileen Tran. She was the pinnacle of professionalism and had the utmost warmth about her. She was super helpful and accomodating, spent the time required to explain, as well as, set up my dash cam.
