FOUNDATION ELECTRICAL

I had a generator fault in the middle of winter and as we live offgrid with solar, in winter time, the generator is an important back up.Foundation electrical sent someone out at short notice and did a fantastic job to get us going with a hire unit until ours was fixed.Then when fixing ours, the repair was significantly cheaper given the whole alternator didn't need to be rewound as was suspected.Not often these days do you get a job come back heaps cheaper than the quote and ahead of time too.Highly recommend using these guys. Will definitely use them again

I live out of town and when the pump is out of action there’s no water, always happens at the worse time ever. Mel gave us a loan pump while his team were fixing our pump. Thanks guys you’re the best!!!

I have never had such bad customer service ever..The electricians were great prompt and friendly.All I wanted was a insurance qoute.The electrician said one thing that is was fusion and I could claim (which I could cause I checked with my insurer)At one stage when I rangto see if my qoute was ready I got told I have customers here you know" another one was "He will get to when he has time hopefully in the next few days" To cut a long story short I rang after 2 days to see if my qoute was ready and got snapped at that I cant claim on it because its not fusion its electrical and not fusion.Which I could cover.After that I simply went in paid 112 for them coming out
