Took my car to JV Automotive for a service, much better than the dealership for price and quality of work. The boys were very transparent about all the work, did not try to upsell items I did not need.Highly recommend them to anyone needing service and repairs.

John and Stan are super friendly and very knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work that was done. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely be returning for all of my future car maintenance needs.

I would give 10 stars to John for his help with my car before travelling through Victoria and Tasmania. My car dealer told me $690 for service. No way to pay that much for a small Nissan Micra. Since JV Automotive Service was near my work with good references on Google, I risked it"

The best experience I have had dealing with a mechanic: they didn't try to up-sell or confuse you. They just did the job that needed to be done to keep costs reasonable. They were transparent, knowledgeable and provided an exceptional service. Happy to find my long term mechanic. Will be recommending friends and family.

If you want honest workers who know are extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and go the extra mile to please their customers, then look no further. Their prices are very reasonable compared to dealerships and nothing is too hard for them. I'm glad i found these guys. I'm sick of mechanics using bottom feeder brand oils like Atlantic, Gulf Western etc. for the sake of profit. These guys use the best brands that are certified for your make and model (Mercedes, Porsche, BMW etc.) I feel 100% confident when i book my car in for work knowing only the best parts and fluids are used.
