Absolutely appalled at the way this place runs it business and manages it staff. Hiring “young adults” in your business usually means that you are hiring mature, sophisticated young adults but clearly not after the experience that I had in your store with your staff today.

Never stepping foot in this store again, faulty bracelet but store assistant insisted it was my fault, not pleasant to deal with , will be spending my many gift cards in another store .

The ladies that served me the other day were so lovely. Elisha and Hope. Super friendly! They both helped me find exactly what I wanted and even swapped my broken dream catcher charm! Will be buying a lot more charms from here in the future! Thanks ladies!

A well presented and brightly lit shop that easily entices you in through the doors.A great range of products from bangles, bracelets, necklaces and rings in the various metals.They often have collections based on various things such as Disney, Harry Potter and also Star Wars.The staff are friendly and eager to help when needed.I find some of the prices a little high but they often havevbonus buys which are fantastic

The Nowra store has the loveliest young lady, Amy who is always very helpful and kind when I'm being indecisive about my gift purchases. In my opinion, this is the best Pandora store I've ever been to. I genuinely feel valued and cared about. Thanks Pandora Nowra team! X
