Best quality for price by a long shot. Outstanding customer service and willingness and ability to custom build furniture to suit needs. Furniture is very nicely made and delivery was professionally and prompt. Went back to order more furniture 3 more times and will probably be back again at some point.

Very happy with quality, price and service. Kept us up to date on delivery times given it was coming in to Christmas and went above and beyond.

Furniture is fantastic but their delivery service is a joke no communication

I cannot recommend sapphire wood more and would give 6 stars if possible. We are very happy with our couch and the amount of colours we could choose from. Delivery time was less than expected. What stood out though was the service. Jeff was amazing. We had troubles fitting the couch in the elevator of our building (we have now learned to always measure). Jeff walked us through our options and came out personally to measure the elevator and then came back to assemble the couch himself in the apartment another day. The service here was far above expectation and I would recommend Jeff to anyone. We will likely be purchasing a matching piece in future.
