Nice staff but admin seems a bit messy. They seem to have mixed up my cat's vaccination schedule, then did not put in the date for the next vaccination until I asked. Our kitten never leaves the house and seem to have got fleas after visiting the vet, maybe from the garden out the front and during Covid, we all had to stand and talk outside. Then when it's time for surgery, they SMS to say there is an email sent but none was received. The cat did come safely out of surgery so at least the veterinary doctors are skilled and careful! Thank you.

We've been very impressed with the level of care we've received - the staff are very capable and care about the animals.

The vets were amazing but the after service for a pet being put to sleep. Please pet owners do not use Edenhills its horrible and don't get your pet back from Melbourne crematorium which is where they send your pet. If I had the chance again I would have buried Grace.

My review will not justify just how amazing Nurse Emma is. We absolutely love how caring Nurse Emma was towards our pup. She is an example of a genuine person who honestly cares for others. What a legend !!. She is very knowledgeable and doesn't hesitate to share her knowledge. .

Too much about commercialization, my puppy had vaccinated and health check up a week before we head to this vet. We were there to check the infection toes and they told us the puppy was having teeth problem, suggested a dentist for us to do the teeth check up. They contacted the dentist for us and we went because they are trusted. However when we get there, they just took my puppy inside, didn’t do any check up before remove the teeth for him. Can’t imagine how much my puppy suffered.I’ve thinking about posting this for a long time, I didn’t but recently they are asking me to go back for vaccination which I already did it somewhere else. They just keep email me about the schedule.

My kitten had a tummy bug and weepy eyes. The vet was very though and helpful, he checked my kitten over to check if anything else wasn't quite right. The clinic was very clean and the staff were friendly and informative and we didn't have to wait long to be seen to. Certainly recommend this veterinary clinic and will be going back for future check ups.

Got in on the same day and were so happy with Simone and Ruby as our vet and nurse. Everything was well explained and prices were very reasonable
