Green Yoga Studio

I had a great time doing the aerial yoga class on Anzac Day. Green was very helpful in providing variations for postures so that even a beginner like me could follow along. Body felt much looser afterwards!

Green is a passionate, knowledgeable and attentive instructor. The studio is a calm and welcoming space and her sessions are always carefully considered.Green is focussed on helping her Clients to achieve personal goals and is committed to supporting long term wellbeing. I’ve recently taken up a membership and have already noticed improvements in my alignment, strength and flexibility.

I did one aerial yoga, one yoga classes so far and loving it! It's a very lovely studio and Green is a very patient instructor. A great and rare place to try out aerial yoga!!

I did the 3 classes for $30 trial of yoga & arial yoga 2 times. Great wraps, nice atmosphere & we tried head stands. Safe & comfortable place. Thank you so much! Would love to try again in future. All the best.

She’s been my yoga teacher for some time and finally opened a new studio. I was very excited to visit her.Her studio is clean and surrounded by many plants which provided a very nice atmosphere to do yoga practice.Her style of yoga is very unique and also fun. Actually so much fun with the silk that I almost forgot I was doing exercise but don’t get me wrong, the class is quite challenging at the same time!I used to go to different yoga studio for years though, the chronic shoulder and back pain I had didn’t go away.Green helped me align my posture and taught how to use my body, then it really helped for the chronic pain I dealt with for many years.If you’re looking to improve the pain and build a functional and flexible body, she’s the one you should go. I can’t recommend her enough!
