Maybe it is good to purchase in-store but I do not recommend any online purchases in this store.I thank the email team who give prompt response which I am very much appreciated. However, I am very disappointed at the service post delivery. Firstly, I was given a dented item in my order which I have to accept that the can food is safe to be consumed. Perhaps I can claim my medical charges to Asian Pantry if i fall sick?Secondly, I have to bare the delivery cost for returning a damaged item. In this case, I have chosen not to spend extra delivery cost for the replacement or refund. It's very disappointed.Follow-up:Managing Director of Asian Pantry called the next day after i posted this review at ProductReview, claiming misinterpretation of messages between colleague causing the situation above. Now that they are processing refund without me returning the dented can.

6 days gone and the delivery is still not out. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfiedUpdate: The delivery is way faster than what I have expected and the products are in good condition. I feel sad that I can only give 3 stars but I'll shop here again.

Delivery came within good time frame of placing order. Also, free delivery in Melbourne Metro area is fantastic.Prices are competitive too. Will definitely order from Asian Pantry again.

The customer service is very, very good. I just sent them a photo of something I would like to purchase. In less than 2 days, they got got back to me informing me that the product will be be available within 2-3 days. I would definitely recommend Asian Pantry to friends who have no time to go shopping. Just let Asian Pantry know, and they will definitely source the products for me.WELL DONE AIMAN !!!!!

Terrible experience, ordered a few products on the 2nd of June and expected them to be delivered within 1-3 business days as they’ve stated on their website. I had to email them on the 8th of June to follow up with my order as I hadn’t received it, only to get a respond to say that one of the products was out of stock and I was told by the customer service team that the stock would arrive the next day (9th of June) and I agreed to wait till the next day and ship it all at once. By today, 14th of June, I still haven’t received my order, and I had to call only to find out that they still haven’t got the stock for which I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. However, I was told that I would get a email notification about my order cancellation, but received nothing. If no action is taken, further steps would be to complain to ACCC.

I ordered Friday evening and received my order the next Monday! Responded quickly to my email enquiring about delivery as well. Overall amazing experience ordering from these guys!!

We ordered 80 bags nuts, courier only delivered 4 bags, the store manger delivered by herself after work , very truthwothy Company . Very good.
