Prior to relocating up from Tasmania to the Gympie region, we purchased a block of land and met with three building firms to discuss the construction of our new home. This was a daunting experience because we still lived interstate, but after meeting the team at Aspect Homes, the decision became very easy. Doug, Fiona and their team were the standouts for us, and we were made to feel very welcome. House design was great but there is almost no communication and a very difficult to get hold of. Will make promises and promises and tell you everything is fine to only cancel 6 months later. Would definitely not recommend for first time buyers who don’t quite understand the process and could be lead down the same path and struggles.
