A very dodgy company . The desk staff are nice but the members are very dodgy. Lazy and manipulative. I wrote to the liberal member who appointed them . Water off ducks back , They live off tax payers . Disgustingly unsophisticated and poor service. So pleased the liberals lost the election. Bad mob who don’t care .

0 star rating if I could. This is the place to go if you want your money taken, time wasted, spoken to rudely and stressed out. They don’t solve anything, choosing the side that they want without looking at any documents. On top of all of this they congratulated me on losing my bond to a agency who lied and gave false documentation.

The premises is very well kept and quiet. I had member Sutherland who was fair and reasonable.Member Sutherland kelp his cool even when the other side kept repeating himself and talking nonsense.

It I could, I would not give it a rating at all. This is a biased system - favouring tenants, you can have all the evidence and the tenants can do anything they want and they’ll still favour the wrong side. NCAT has bad customer service, showing rudeness and clearly doesn’t know how to be polite. They are the type of organisation that exists to take money from tax payers rather than assist the community and truly help the victims.

I had a whole stack of evidence being the applicant. The respondent provided no evidence whatsoever at the hearing. Member Steven Bliim was hearing my case. They should’nt even call it a hearing because you don’t get heard nor is compelling evidence taken seriously! They have a very selective criteria to present evidence making it very hard for a lay person. When you manage to provide the evidence, they don’t even properly consider it! There is definitely something strange and corrupt going on within this organisation. I wrote this review to encourage people to seek a lawyer if they have the money to. Rather than going through this incompetent tribunal. Members are very arrogant with an ego problem as ancient as they are!

Bad, please don’t apply to this service if you’re a landlord. They favour the tenant and it doesn’t matter how much evidence you submit to prove your case. Please read the reviews. The tribunal members and system is pathetic.

Their process is biased against the consumer.I would strongly advise people against using this service. The burden of proof is placed at unreasonable levels on the applicant. All a company has to do is cite an expert" (regardless of whether said expert works for them or their affiliates) and they win.Frustrating waste of time and money. The whole process needs an overhaul. For those that do have the unfortunate path of going through this process just hope you are not assigned Member Henning."

They expected 4 lots of documents which was pretty overwhelming. When they had to be presented a certain way. During covid printing documents was not straight forwardEvidence especially from 3rd parties helped support my case. Keeping correspondence, and photographic evidence, helped win my case. I found just being honest and supporting it with evidence that’s solid is what matters. I own my mistakes. Remembering they are the ones who are educated in these matters so I.kept it simple included the breach legislation. Simple direct evidence. They heard everything I had to say. Therefore I can’t say they were anything but fair in my case. Only difficulty was the documents paying for printing and lodging hard copies paying for express post. When your printing colour pictures buying folders paying for postage. It got rather expensive

They dont read your evidence. They do not care. You could ask them to go to Page ___ and they will just ASK for the quote. You could just make up a quote at that point. The mediator themselves say to you word for word “I dont have time”. What? The whole point of a Tribunal is to listen to all the fact.
