CALL 2 CUT TREE SOLUTIONS

I called 3 businesses for a tree removal:-The first one had good rates, but they didn't show up and didn't even bother to inform me. So I waited for nothing.- The second one, also with high google rates, came for a quote. The man was very knowledgeable but he got angry easily and I felt I couldn't ask many questions.- the third business is the one who did the job. It isn't called Call 2 Cut" but they work together

I would like to tell you my experience with Matt not professional cant answer calls we were wanting to buy a truck off him as we were talking all afternoon then I told him I was half way and couldn't even answer me and tell me that it was sold we did find him as we stayed in Gladstone asked a few people if knew him then nothing all night then the smorning tells my husband that it is sold knowing we just drove from Caboolture no compassion for anyone i thought there were still nice people but iam really angry about this 500 dollars later my mother who is 70 came so she thought we were driving home as we had to buy dinner stay motel and still no truck yes you didn't answer you should have said at gin gin no it is sold or you are deciding to keep it but you didn't

Do not use this service they take your money do half a job and never return they are not licensed and never return phone calls and their business is Busteed st West Gladstone not Clinton. repeat do not engage in this business.

Took 3 months and 4 separate appointments after a deposit for him to show up 5 hours late. Cut down 3/4 of a tree, was meant to do 3 trees. Rang the owner of the house claiming the job was half done and he would return the next day and requested payment. No show the next day and doesn’t answer calls. Backyard is a mess from the tree branches he didn’t clean up. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
