Was very loyal to this nail shop & I only came here to get my nails done until I realised I was getting ripped off, charging me extra $5 for extra long nails when I realised it's not even extra long so I'm paying extra $5for nothing + was charged $10 extra for professional service when I didn't even get full professional service then when I'd come back to get a new set & was charged $10 extra just for them to take them off on top of a set price. Then I got a pedicure for the first time, I had to asked the lady to fix them because one of the big toe nails was longer than the other, I cannot believe she was gonna leave it like that, after the same lady done my nails & I realised when I got home that the where botched as my bf pointed out to me that some of the nails where fatter then the others & when U turn them over there was chips everywhere on the sides was not cute I had to go get them re done straight away from a different nail salon because I was applying for a job, they usually do a great job always nice to me & I don't mind paying extra as long as there not botched

If I could give the rating a 0 I would, this shop doesn’t even deserve one star. All my nails turned out different size and shape, they charge way more than they say, Very expensive and not worth it. Don’t recommend going here ever. First time and last time.

This nail salon definitely deserves 5 stars, all negative reviews clearly come from people that endure off of hatred. Prices are so cheap (cheaper then any other nail salon I’ve ever been too), hygiene is fantastic, cleanliness of the nail salon is perfect and overall customer service is great. I personally am a very busy worker and this nail salon always allows me to book prior to arriving, they also get the job done within a frame time of my work. All nail artists do a fantastic job and are very nice. A place that I will definitely continue to go to.

they did my nails when it was so busy, there was three workers and they were doing an amazing job at finishing everyone’s nails. i love my nails so much, better than the salons at the shops. they are gentle and friendly! def recommend ❤️

Honestly you don’t even deserve one star, we called and asked for professionals as we had a big event coming and she gave the prices for trainees without even telling us until we went and saw the trainees paper to sign. I told her that I asked for professionals not trainees then she said okay well that will cost you extra. She gave the prices which were okay and decided to do them. I then showed her the designs it was a normal french design and she said she will charge me $50 for everything. I agreed to it. The girl that was doing my nails was so unprofessional and didn’t even know what she was doing as I asked her to keep my long real nails just shape them as some were broken and uneven. She didn’t even listen to me and started putting shellac on them as soon as I sat, I asked her again and told her aren’t you going to file and shape them all the same. She got annoyed and said you told me to leave them. I was like to her no I didn’t, then she called her unprofessional manager which then said ohh don’t worry we will file then and shape them later for you. Agreed again as I didn’t have a choice. She hurt me a lot while filing the nails and I didn’t say anything. She didn’t even end up doing then properly and even. The supervisor fixed them after. The white part of the french was so light and see through. At the end I asked for the price and said that she will charge me $63 I asked her you said $50 before. She said nooo I said $63, I was like to her no you didn’t as your worker I even made sure from her then she was like ohh I must of done the calculation wrong but this is not my problem girll. Overall Unprofessional, so rude, zero customer service, don’t even go and waste your time there honestly not worth it. The also took so long to do manicure and pedicure

First and foremost, WOW! The customer service was amazing. From the minute I stepped in til the very end, the Fresh Nails Fairfield team was extremely friendly and welcoming. Not only are they quick and efficient, they are also lenient. I chose the wrong colour initally, and said I wanted to change when they’ve already started. They did not hesitate to help me, and insisted that I was taken care of without additional charge. Much appreciated! My nails came out far better than I could imagine and I will definitely be paying them another visit. I would highly recommend Fresh Nails Fairfield to anyone 10/10. I like Ella, she did my nails sooo good!!

Staff is so professional and friendly, it was my first time here and I will be definitely coming back. The salon was very clean and also they have a wide variety of colours to choose from.
