For the first time in my life, I am over the moon with a hairdresser!I've never been a regular customer of any hairdresser but will definitely come here from now on.Beautiful cut, didn't butcher my hair like most hairdressers.I had Jessica and she asked tonnes of questions before even starting on my hair which was fantastic because it meant she could cut it in accordance with the way I normally style my hair.Fantastic. 10/10.

I had a new natural hair wig that was quite expensive so I needed somebody who was experienced in cutting wigs. Rob is just the person. He clearly knows what he’s doing having had years of experience as well as being talented in his field. In addition to making me feel comfortable, he provided expert advice on toppers which were new to me, and as I discovered a better option to wigs (in my case at least). I ended up purchasing one because it looked very natural and was comfortable. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't go anywhere else!!Rob is the best cutter in the business!!I rarely need to use any brushes when drying my hair as the cut is so good. Really impressed as I have gone from very short hair to medium bob!

He (Rob) does not care if you can not make it in even if your own nan is in a coma or if your having a bad time with your mental health, he will literally charge you your pay cheque.....Short story is, I bought a wig, to cover my head which I had shaved during a psychotic episode. He didn't do a proper consultation, returned it because it was to tight due to him not fitting it properly or making it look nice, he let us return it because he felt bad obviously. Gave us store credit of $780..I rang up and made an appointment and couldn't make it because of my mental health causing me to being hospitalised, he didn't care.. he was very rude and mad. I made another appointment again i felt terrible (unlucky situation) he said he is going to charge me a cancellation fee off my store credit ( i didn't know how much just thought it would be reasonable and in the vicinity of $50 because that is what my skin clinic or medical specialists do in times like this, or they move the appointment forward.....I decided I would use the store credit to purchase products that he stocked in store only to be informed that I had cancelled 3 times and that he would be charging me the full rate of $185 per cancelled appointment ( 3 x $185 = $555 ) leaving me with only $100 store credit ($780 - $555 = $225) . ( clearly maths and customer service skills aren't areas of strength ) . I had my friend attend the store with me and attempt to mediate the situation however the store owner remained quite unreasonable and unwilling to negotiate on the issue.I am currently investigating options regarding regulatory authorities and have an appointment with legal aid to pursue the matter once my health has recovered.Overall in this day and age of awareness regarding mental illness this was a very disappointing experience from a very unsympathetic and unprofessional hairdresser. I would not recommend employing the services of this salon ever!

I quickly needed a wig for my sudden alopecia and they were more than happy to fit me in as soon as possible. Great advice offered and very good quality wig provided and cut to suit. I'm incredibly thankful for Rob and his wife.

Thank you Rob for taking such good care of me and finding the perfect wig. You are just a beautiful man. Also thank you for finding my mum her perfect topper, she will now face everyday with so much more confidence. You have also taken me to my workplace where people probably won't even know I have a wig on. Thank you ❤️

Like other reviewers, I found Rob to be a really decent, caring guy. I walked into my appointment depressed and hopeless and his kindness and support (and most importantly finding me a topper and giving me a great haircut) and walked out feeling like a weight had been lifted on me. Top guy and not just decent, but skilled.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rob at Innovative Hair and BodyI had just commenced Chemotherapy post-surgery for breast cancer. I wanted to ensure I could pre-empt the embarrassment of hair loss before things became too obvious.I called Rob on a Saturday and he offered to stay open after hours for a consultation that day. He provided me with guidance and advice with no hard sell. He treated me with respect and patience and made the whole process a dignified experience.Once a decision had been made on a style and type, Rob ensured he received delivery in the shortest time frame possible from the States. Messaging me late at night to provide an update he again offered to come in out of hours to fit my new wig as quickly as possible. Rob also stylishly cut my existing hair into a pixie cut and cut and styled my new wig into a similar version of my existing look. Consulting with me to ensure I was getting what I wanted.I cannot thank Rob enough for his great service, support and care. Rob is an utmost professional and to top it off, is a very genuine and nice person. I came in with a hairpiece I wanted dyed to match my hair colour and after the first dye I decided I wanted the roots to be darker which he was very understanding about and completed free of charge. Both times he completed the job for me within 24 hours and the final result is perfect! It’s more than what I could have hoped for. Super happy with the service and will definitely be back. Recommend for anyone who has hairpieces (extensions, wigs etc) that need colouring and customisation. He has also in the past kept the store open past closing time for my grandmother to get her hair washed and blow dried for an event.Also - whatever products they use smell amazing on your hair.
