The Body Base
I have had such a great time learning new skills here at this studio. The instructor that I have done 3 of my classes with (Kasey) has been amazing helping me with a back injury. The people there are so welcoming and it is a gorgeous clean, well lit studio that feels lovely to work out in. I love the many class options that are on the schedule too.

I was very excited to try their beginner program.Once I purchased the introductory offer I logged in and realised they did not offer the begginer classes that I wanted.I emailed in regards to the false advertising and not finding a suitable class.I never heard back, I emailed again. I tired to call leaving multiple message with no response.Eventually I had a response and they offered me a refund, however they never followed through and I have sent many unanswered emails.This is the worst company I have had to deal with.

What a terrific bright and light boutique pilates studio! The reformers are first rate. The workouts are challenging. And, two of my favourite instructors -- Dani and Kasey -- have regularly scheduled classes there. I highly recommend Body Base Pilates.

The whole team is amazing. I came to body base after not having exercised for 3 years. My body was feeling awful, and I kept quitting on myself at any attempt to get back to exercise.Pierret came up with a simple, achievable plan to work on my confidence and commitment first, focusing on incremental change. After 14 private sessions I feel amazing, confident, fit and healthy. My overall happiness has improved so much and I now look forward to working out!I highly recommend Body Base.

Body Base Pilates is a beautiful studio with very welcoming staff. The Mums and Bubs classes were fun and a perfect reintroduction into Pilates after having my baby. I have a bad back and the teachers are great at giving me alternatives if I can’t do something. I highly recommend checking it out!

All the instructors are brilliant and you don’t get rinse and repeat classes even from the same instructors. I like that they offer options for challenging yourself and also taking it easier, and because of the small class sizes they’re able to correct your form and give you individual feedback on what you need to alter. I really enjoy coming to Body Base and I highly recommend!

Highly recommend this studio. I’ve been attending since the birth of my son and the instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive. My husband has started attending too and loves it. I have been to other centres but feel particularly welcome and find the instructors great at coming around to correct technique which I find very important (the cleaning processes in place are great too).

Such a lovely studio space and the teachers are so warm and encouraging. I had never done reformer pilates until I enrolled in BB’s Mum’s & Bubs classes - what a great way to get back into some exercise after having a baby. A “safe”space also for getting out of the house & back into the world when you’re still working out the new mum gig. Thank you so much ladies ❤️

Today I finally returned to Body Base after falling pregnant and taking the 1st trimester off with morning sickness. I was welcomed today by Rani, who ran the best mat Pilates class. I felt like I had a workout and a deep stretch in the 50min class. Rani offered alternative exercises to allow me to participate safely and support my belly. I will make this a regular class! I have previously taken Reformer classes with Body Base, and they are AMAZING. Highly recommend. Oh, and the music playlist and calm, soothing environment definitely create the perfect self-care environment. Thanks ladies!

Body base has a lovely fresh feeling studio, good quality equipment and a variety of excellent instructors. Who all create a welcoming inclusive atmosphere in their class. I highly recommend Body Base Pilates to anyone like me, who is looking for the best quality instruction towards maintaining a healthy strong body for life.
