AAMI uses this business, so when my Impreza got run into by one of AAMI's customers my car went to these guys.Though not the cheapest, you seriously get what you pay for: my car was cleaned spotless, i had a new bumper and new boot a day later; the extra dint i wanted out done too. The car is like new now.Cheers guys.

AVOID!Terrible service, my VE commodore went in for panel and body repairs. It was insurance work so these guys over quoted on just about everything, even ordering parts that weren't needed. The most disappointing thing is the work was so bad, existing body damage were left un-touched, with my panel hanging lose on both ends 1 day after I drove the car home!Not only was the service bad, the customer skills of the staff was even worse. When the issue was bought up with the staff, they profusely denied any wrong doing!Led by a store manager with a Napoleon complex named Mark, who is arrogant, argumentative and rude. This guy watches over his staff like a nagging old lady and openly tells them not to help you in front of the customers because it would cost him more money to do work that he was supposed to have done in the first place. Part of his traits is also ignoring phone calls or in the rare event if he answers the call, he will eventually hang up on you when you ask him to take responsibility and make things right.Master Repair Center? More like Amateurs who have no regard for their work or their customers. What a joke.
