Opened my package to a shattered glass. The glass I ordered was bubble wrapped and in a styrofoam container so it must have been handled with 0 care. I also received a slip on the 9/6 saying I need to collect my parcel before the 8/6 or it will be returned to sender. Tried called the store, no answer. Called customer service and they tried to transfer me to the store. No answer again

Absolutely appalling customer service in your Sippy Downs Post Office, staff were incredibly rude and obnoxious, and more interested in telling us how difficult and time consuming (15 minutes apparently) it is to post items internationally than they were actually trying to assist us or serve us to the point where we were booted out before being able to actually post the items. I am terribly sorry that serving customers that walked in 40 minutes before your closing hours is such an inconvenience, all staff present could benefit from some basic customer service training and less clock watching, we have never been treated so poorly ever in any retail space ever! I would give a negative star review if I was able to...

Im not someone who ever writes reviews but after my experience here I felt like I had to. All the other staff were helpful but Michael was one the rudest people I've met. My passport photos look like mugshots because of how angry I was. Definitely worth going to a different post office.

This reflects on my most recent visit.I come here regularly, to post, receive mail and do my passport. Everyone there is really lovely and helpful. Everyone, except the manager. Michael H. I always find he’s short but polite and efficient. I recently witness an occurrence where he seemed to be abrupt with some younger gentlemen doing up their passports for the first time, but I didn’t know the situation so didn’t say anything but I overheard the young men saying how rude he was on the way out. This time was my turn. The lovely younger man working there was kindly Helping me as I never know the easiest/cheapest way to send thing internationally. Once I was done, the next available person to help was Michael. He didn’t explain which form I needed to give him the number for which parcel and at this point I’m not even sure the right one went to the right place. He just asked me for numbers and said ‘ well obviously this one because it’s on the scale’ and didn’t try to explain this process for me as I’ve never done electronic customs forms before. It’s too bad that after many lovely experiences with this location and the people, I feel the need to make mention and it seems I’m not the online with this issue with the manager. It made me uncomfortable but I told him he’s the professional and that he could spell it out for me. I have severe anxiety and just posting something takes me ages to work up the courage to do because I always assume it’s going to be difficult and this doesn’t help. Maybe he needs some time off.

Place was just not it, looked great at first but most of the staff were either lazy or upset about working there, the staff were very rude when talking to me and they rejected the things I was posting because of them being packaged wrong, tried to reason with them that this is how everyone does it but I always end up having to go to another post office, or just buying an overpriced label.

So glad i canceled my post box at Sippy downs post office after important mail went missing for three months at the end of last year 2021. This mail suddenly appeared in my post box in January 3 2022. Not before it cost me $1,000 for the mail i never received. No reasonable explanation has ever given on where in the Sippy Downs Post office my mail was hiding for over 3 months. I star and I'd give it zero if i could. Thanks for nothing Sippy Downs Post office.

Very Poor customer service and the manager needs to learn some simple manners. He's Extremely rude. The way the staff (The manager mainly) talk to you at this particular post office is pretty disgusting. (The woman staff are politer than the men) not to mention I've noticed that even if you are waiting in line 20 minutes before closing time (When most people finish work) they will literally kick you out halfway through sending items off. I was lectured because i came in 20 minutes before closing (Sorry for working). Very poor attitudes from them, they definitely need to upgrade the staff to more friendlier members. Im sticking with Buderim as the staff there are lovely. Edit: was in again yesterday, i heard the manager telling someone else off yesterday, This needs to change.. i've made a formal complaint through australia post now as its getting out of hand with the way he is talking to customers. (Whoever Hired Michael the Manager needs to re think a few things as there is a reason this post office is 2Star). DO SOMETHING.

unfortunately a terrible experience. I had filled out all the customs forms information on my business post account but had no printer available to me. I went into this store (where a nicer woman HAD printed them for me previously) and was told she was doing you a favour. We don't do that". A favour? Printing a customs form you require for me to send a $300 sale (the price of shipping)

Today my partner came in to get a simple passport form completed . There was a lady that was extremely helpful, and an older man, that was extremely unhelpful, rude. Not helping my partner the photos, making everything seem like it was 100 times harder than it should be.Horrible service by him.
