Not a far walk from Wolli Creek Train Station (approx 10-15 minutes walk)The view is very pretty and this place is perfect for exercising, regardless if it’s a brisk walk, jogging, cycling.. Other people are exercising also, so you will feel safe and sound if you go alone.

Simple park for exercise or walking the dog. They have a playground but very much suited to under 6yrs. If you want a better playground then cross the princess highway.Be careful of walking your dog off lead or playing fetch here as there are park rangers at times trying to book people. If you don’t know, please remember that discovery park is private property owned by the property developers. So if a park ranger does try to book you, then ask for the proof stating that the owners have allowed access to the park otherwise there are not to issue tickets as it’s against the law! (Know your rights!!)If your worried or don’t want the hassle of park rangers then there is a off leash dog park about 10mins walk near Rowers.

Really lovely place to take your dogs or to have a quiet lie down. Being surrounded by apartments means it's not well known or easily spotted.

This is a beautiful park comprised of part of the land originally owned by Alexander Brodie Spark where he built the now historical Tempe House named after the Vale of Tempe in Greece. There are beautiful walking paths throughout the grounds with gorgeous peek a boo views of the Cooks River. There are several educational plaques erected where you can take a walk and learn a little history of the area. There is also a very well maintained Communal Garden. There’s a nicely shaded area with picnic tables that even has a couple bbqs. It’s dog friendly with waste bags and bins provided to pick up after your pup. There’s a small playground area aimed at the toddler age that’s fenced off. While there isn’t much street parking nearby, it’s close to the Discovery Shopping Centre parking garage where there’s plenty of spaces that’s free for 3 hours. Just turn into Brodie Spark Drive then follow the P signs, and you’ll find it. It’s a lovely space to spend some time!

Our favourite park to take our pup. It’s our daily stomping ground. It full of friendly dogs and dog owners that know how to safely socialise their dogs. Its family friendly so great for little kids to run around. The park is separated into four grassy sections. The 2 main grassy sections (one in front of Tempe house) are perfect to let your dogs run around and provide a good vantage point to keep your eye out on your dog and other dogs around you. Keep in mind it’s not an authorised “off leash” dog park, however well behaved dogs are off leash. Please keep your dog on-leash if you and your dog are not comfortable with other dogs, or if they don’t understand how to safely socialise.

This is such a great open space for everyone to take their dogs. Well maintained and landscaped with the bonus of a beautiful historic house and church to admire. Interesting facts on placards and the river as a boundary make for an interesting place for people as well as their dog. Plus a community garden for the locals.

It was really bad experience. Sign shows no dog unleash but when I went there with my daughter I saw 6 dogs running around. It's look little unsafe where kids playing and dog on unleash. However, beautiful grass area and creek view make big difference.
