Rudest people ever had to deal with ...I was told off for not standing in the line as they can't see you when you come in on the right side even though all 4 of them behind the counter all looked at me...would never go back there

Store trading hours on a Sunday say they close at 4 yet I arrived at 10 to 4 and they were shut. Might need to change your website, very annoying and misleading for customers.

We all have busy days so I like to get in and out as quick as possible but sometimes I'm left waiting when they are engaging in a personal conversation with the customer or there are alot of people waiting to get served and they see this and just ignore it not all the staff are like this but the ones that are there all the time should no better

I went in trying to find a very specific book for school that no one at Officeworks could help with and looked in several other chain stores without any luck. A lovely lady helped me find as close as possible and then took my card to pay pass so I didn't have to wait in the lotto line up with my two kids! So super helpful and would definitely go back!
