worst experience. Sales person dont follow up and never call back. I paid full amount for my car they never confirmed back to me. I had to call several times and send messages. My sales person was Kyle, avoid him if you are going to this dealer.

Absolute silver service. Just bought a 2019 ranger from Fred and the team. Have been very well looked after from start to finish.Alex has worked very hard to get everything ready in a timely manner and very professional. Will be back for my next car in a few years!

Absolutely disgusting to deal with. Nothing but lying, thieving tacky sales men.When asking for the manager named finch, you expect someone better to deal with, he is the worst of the worst. Rude and arrogant, no experience in customer Service what so ever.Paid for a car 1 month ago in full and still haven't got our car with no explanation

Honestly really disappointed. The guy on the phone and at the front desk is extremely rude and condescending. I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to me. Also, I came in for my brakes to be fixed because they were making noises screeching noises when I stopped and apparently it was just dust and nothing else is wrong, however, the sound is still there. I’m really unhappy from the service and this wasn’t the first time. I absolutely don’t recommend going

Upsell kings. Take your car elsewhere. Took my car in for an oil leak. Diagnosed the leak but told me to complete the job as per “Nissan Procedure” they had to replace every part they had to remove regardless if the part was worn or not. This included belts & turned a $1200.00 job into a $2000.00 job. This same leak was fixed by Nissan under warranty at 30,000km. No warranty or even good will. I even asked to speak to the service manager & was told by the service advisor that the service manager said “if I don’t replace every part they would not warrant the job”. The experience was so bad I will never buy a Nissan again.

They literally made me cry in the showroom.Once the car is picked , you can not speak to them as they don’t have time.Everyone is just rude. Honestly the best service I have gotten for buying a used car.The Business Manager Alex went above and beyond to help me with my Purchase and Finance.Fred and Gary in used car sales are amazing in their knowledge and friendliness.I know where I'm going if I ever need another car.THANK YOU GUYS

I took my Nissan Pathfinder to an automatic transmission mechanic because I have a wind up sound in my car. He referred me to Nissan as it was my transmission and for my model car Nissan has had a class action against them because it is very common for the transmissions to blow.I booked my car into Nissan to find there was a problem in the transmission and it cost me $3000 to fix. When I received my car back I called them 2 days later to report I have picked my car up with the same issue. They booked me in again which was a month later. I have just received the diagnosis and it is yet another problem with the transmission which is going to cost me another $3000.By now I could have bought a second hand transmission and replaced the previous one. I asked how they did not pick it up in the first diagnosis where they responded that the car was fine after the 1st problem was fixed. I would never recommended Nissan Campbelltown to anyone they will do anything to make extra money and rip people off

I would like to take this opportunity to thankMr Sav Veledinovic ( dealership principal) and his professional staff.For diagnosing my LDV G10 van.My Van came up with an engine light. I organized the van to be transported by tilt tray. Where I had the service department look at it.Paid over $700 for a diagnostic report.To be advised only 48 hours after that a new engine was required at my cost of over $20,000.I had the G10 Van picked up by tilt tray and transferred to a professional independent mechanic shop, where the problem was rectified. It was a simple timing issue.That set me back $1,450.So thank you Nissan MacArthur for looking after me and my van so well !!!!!!!!I would never buy anything from this dealership again nor would I try getting any repairs done.Please stay away from this dealershipThey grab your money and run like thieves!!!!!
