One star is too many!! Absolutely horrible behaviour exhibited by two female doctors on several different occasions. The rudeness to my partner and myself plus gas lighting everything about my medical conditions was completely unacceptable and disgusting to experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Craig Shearing worst medical service I have heard of. Rushed out of the door and incorrect medical report given. Medical degree is questionable if he is writing inaccurate information on legal forms

After three terrible experiences with this practice one including keeping a baby and toddler waiting for over an hr because they didn’t check us in, I am happy to move to another clinic that will actually care and listen to their patients. I work in healthcare at a major hospital and am shocked that the Drs, especially one particularly nasty lady Dr there get paid to give such subpar care. Such a shame for the local area.

I made an appointment with this practice as their website says they are a bulk billing practice. I got there only to see their list of charges for various appointment types on the reception desk. I walked out and cancelled my appointment online.

Staff at Prasads Medical Centre are excellent. The front desk staff listen to your concerns and organise appointments accordingly. Always professional and pleasant to everyone. This is a busy practice and certainly well worth a visit. We have been going to this practice for 20 plus years

Im thankful at least that my appointment was bulk billed! Dr Baisy Antony was extremely judgemental first by having a big reaction upon hearing i was prescribed 2 dexys per day by my very capable psychiatrist (i didnt even mention the dosage just that it was one every 6 hours) and acted as if that was a wild amount and then later made a snarky comment about taking other medications “correctly” because i said i usually only need one dex a day as usually my whole day is wrapped up in 6 hours anyway. Then she prescribed the weakest most useless pain and muscle relaxant for my awful back pain and couldnt care less when i asked what we could do about my increasing leg numbness. Im absolutely fuming! How can you judge me for both things?! Feel as though she thought i was a drug seeker or something. My back couldve been fine by now with the correct prescription!

The Prasads Medical Centre has been our family Doctor for 42 plus years. My Autistic son has been attending this practise all his 16 years of life. The Reception staff are very welcoming. All the staff go above and beyond for us and I wouldnt go to another Medical Centre. A+

Arrived to very amazing reception staff. Only to be seen by a doctor who couldn’t have really cared how much she upset me while I was in her consult room. Very uncomfortable first impressions. Had to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time as well.

Prasads medical centre has the best doctors which is a rare thing these days. It's not just the doctors though, every one at the centre treat you in a very professional manner. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by a very caring and professional person at the desk, regardless of who is working that day, they are all wonderful relaxed people. I am so happy with the treatment I receive from reception to doctor that I travel a 50 kilometre trip so that I can get the most thougher up to date treatment not only for me but also for my wife and our two boys . Their professionalism is beyond reproach. Definitely a recommendation from me for you to see this team if you want to stay on top of being healthy. Thank you to all at Prasads J.D.

Update 7/10/2022. I was never contacted by practice manager as promised. Very disappointing. Reception staff were lovely. But doctors terrible.Update! I called the clinic back and just want to give a shout out to the lovely receptionist team. They have been so incredibly kind and have passed on my feedback to the practise manager.Just had an absolutely shocking experience with DR may. I am sick with a cold and prior to changing GP this clinic was my latest clinic. All i needed was a doctors certificate and had explained this the receptionist. DR may had been very rude on the phone call and once i explained the situation and how I could not get into any other GP/because of flu symptoms all others had refused. She was just completely rude and demeaning. I have never hung up on anyone before and I will be making a formal complaint. I am very upset and shaking because of how upsetting this phone call was. This call ruined my whole entire day and I was nothing but polite until I hung up because now I have to scramble to find another GP when everywhere else is fully booked/not taking new clients. Never had a bad experience with this practice until today. AVOID. So upset
