I would urge anyone buying from this company to 'do not pay before you buy' It might be a charitable organisation but withholding customer funds illegally is not acceptable!

We have been happy customers for 4 years. We live a long way from Toowoomba (about 13 hours) we don't need to remember when the filter is due Dave sends a reminder and organised it. Very easy!
