No food warmer cabinet in store!Ordered pizza and pasta in advance and picked up 4 mins after scheduled time. They took my pizza and pasta from the delivery bags stored in the open shelves in the kitchen. The food was not even warm, was almost cold. Poor service as well!

It's close to my place. I like the consistency and assurance of Pizza hut taste and quality, and excellent customer service. I can just place the order online and start walking to pick it up :) I'm a happy customer.

We have ordered a quite a few times from here. Our family get a craving for Pizza Hut and I always think back to the last order and think to myself they cant stuff it up again but yep they do.I've had cold pizza, pizza turn up all smashed and the last straw was burnt and stale (see pictures).I have also spoken with the owner of the store about these concerns but he dosnt care, the response to the smashed pizza was it was obviously the drivers fault

Pizza Hut is always fairly consistent in quality. They're not great" pizzas but they're good enough. Pizza Hut Baulkham Hills has parking at the back and some space to eat inside and easy access off the main street if you're disabled (provided that you can reverse park and that you can find a spot). The place is clean and their delivery services are prompt too. We've always gotten the right order from them."

Definitely would not recommend anything out of the pizza range. Ordered from the wingstreet range bundle and the chicken was horrible....large chips are not large....hate to see what they call small. Spent $50, but only hate the cheesy garlic bread as that was worth eating.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst worst worst Customer Service EVER. Rudest staff / manager which I have dealt with multiple times, and I have raised complain with head office, no one ever get back till now its been ages now as we found hair and chicken in Veg pizza and not even properly fulfilled and no apologies or any duty of care.For witness check the cams of date I gave raised the issues with pics and time which was shared.Pathetic customer service.Pizza Hut if you're reading this, please find new management for this store ASAP.
