I purchased an OKI MC363 printer and a spare cartridge a $764 purchase, when delivered was told that they could not help me set it up even though when purchased in store I was told that the technicians would be able to assist me. I was advised if I wanted any assistance with setting it up I would have to pay extra, the printer has since been hit and miss as to whether I can get it to print or scan smoothly. I try hard to shop locally and support our local businesses but was very disappointed in the experience and the after-sales support.
