PilatesBarre Lidcombe

I love coming to Lidcombe Pilates Barre! The staff there are always so friendly and they make you feel so good after each lesson. Each of the instructors have their own different ways to make your body work in building your strength and tone up really nicely. I use to have so much trouble bending down to do things and I use to experience pain each time I stretch and move too quickly. Not that I could stretch too far back then.Pilates Barre encouraged me to continue to keep toning and looking good. It has inspired me to eat better and become healthier as a person.I thank all the instructors for helping me so far and I do look forward to every lesson I book.

I am attending an intermediate class, and I am very satisfied and highly recommended because I can receive high-quality lessons by correcting each individual in the correct posture in the 5:1 class. The clean and pleasant studio environment, friendly instructors, and convenient booking system are reasons why I am satisfied with the Pilates barre. I also want to thank instructor Harim, who always teaches me kindly and professionally.

Sally is extremely friendly and I’m very impressed with the quality of teaching. She’s very experienced and provides a great comfortable space for beginners too! Will definitely be coming back to her classes!
