I needed emergency dental work while visiting Broken Hill. I was able to get an appointment within a day and the service was exceptional.

Was told first visit would be free, got the 16,000 dollar price for the job,then was charged 320 on the way out,So much for the free consultation.

I'm up in Broken Hill for work, had a filling needed that I didn't have time to get done with my normal dentist back in Sydney before I left.Dentists are like mechanics, once you find the right one, you'll never go anywhere else.I just wish this clinic was in Sydney, because this was easily the pleasantest experience I've had at the dentist since Wimpole Street in 1999. All the staff I dealt with were great from Erin at reception up. I reckon that's 'cos it starts at the top. Dr. Tom is fantastic, with a wonderful bedside manner and clearly all the skills to back it up. Seriously considering flying up next time I need anything major done, be well worth the cost of the plane fare.
