Just wanted to acknowledge the work of Emma O'Shannassy in helping to obtain tenants for our property. Unfortunately the previous occupiers had let the property deteriorate in the last few months of their occupancy.Emma was very helpful in negotiating their exit.Emma had new tenants lined up within 24 hours. She has always been available on the phone and in person, responding to my many emails and calls has never been too much trouble. Emma even attended the property during her leave so that new renters could move in.A big thankyou from us , we would certainly use Emma with another property and also recommend her and the Ray White team.
