Advanced Evaporative and Heating

I did not use the evaporative air con for more than a year. Due to recent heatwave, I wanted to use it. It did not work. I called these guys, also know as Able Evaporative and Evap Wizard. To be honest, they booked a service for us ASAP. They came and have a look. Using their portable control panel, they run it and test it. But the point was that the panel mounted on the wall did not talk properly to the main board on the unit. So when they left, it did not work again. I called them. Another appointment was booked quickly. This time they told me the unit was beyond repair (main board and fan to be replaced) due to the cost of parts. So they offered a replacement at around $3000! The first time, they charged $120 (!!!) for only call-out fee, due to peak season!!! When I decided not to buy the unit from them, they charged me another $120!!! Thanks for nothing! It should have been diagnosed properly at the first visit. That's why I was not convinced to go ahead with them for installing a new unit. I do not recommend this company. Absolutely not! Unless your repair is quite easy and simple and does not require an expert to do it.

Disappointing experience. My AC unit was leaking so I contacted Advanced Evaporative and Heating. I was charged only to be told the AC unit is not repairable and I need to purchase a new one.I contacted another company and their technician came over and fixed it in less than an hour.

Would highly recommend. Always fantastic service right from the initial phone call through to the final repairs.Respond promptly and within the time frame given (often earlier).Fantastic company, great prices, great service.

Fantastic ServiceI called after 5pm on Thursday and spoke with Paul, who was able to book an early service time for the following Saturday to avoid the heat (the temp for the day reached 40degC). Paul arrived early as agreed, diagnosed the fault, quoted a fair price and replaced the part within 15 minutes. I am extremely happy with their prompt professional service.I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service to others.

Paul from Advanced Evaporative and Heating was able to come out and fix our broken evaporative system within an hour of us calling. The job was done quickly and for a good rate. Would highly recommend their service and will be using them again in the future!

I have to commend the team at Advanced Evaporative & Heating, for the outstanding service in which they have handled all our properties evaporative maintenance and installs. From our initial call, Paul has always fulfilled his promise in relation to time, workmanship and cost to perform the work carried out. I have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Evaporative & Heating.

Good efficient service. My very old Evap Air Con needed a service, new pads, pump and other various replacements. They where in and out in about an hour. All done and like new. I had a minor issue a month later but they fixed it the same day I called, no extra cost under their guarantee. I would use them again.

Gary upfront the call you made to us you were advised that the call out would be $120, so nothing was hidden and you had no obligation to use us. The advertised $88 you were referring to is a special that was run in the months October and November with a promotion and is not the normal call out fee,the reason it states starts from. You advised us that you would have preferred cheap inferior parts in your unit something we simply do not use. Advanced Evaporative use genuine reliable parts that come with a 12 month warranty so we are not returning 3 months later. You obviously knew what was wrong with your unit not sure why you called us out and expected it done for nothing. Like every business it has costs to run and supply a good and fair service like vehicles, staff, insurance, parts and service to its clients if I used the parts you were googling I have no doubt I would be back next week, along with a complaint about the cheap parts use. We will be sticking with the reliable parts and will not be changing to lower our standards.

I highly recommend Advanced Evaporative & Heating, had some minor issues to start of with but Callum sorted them out which was great, very professional on install with Callum and Paris. Dealings with Paul were very commendable.Would recommend to anyone great service. Regards Bob Kennedy
