Kim did a amazing job with my hair on Saturday 25/2 I dyed it nearly black with supermarket colours and it was a mess of different colours Kim worked a absolute miracle my hair looks gorgeous now ‘ Thankyou Kim

TERRIBLE place, would not recommend. Showed them a picture of what i wanted from their Instagram page. They said it would be easy. They spent most of the time talking to each other and laughing making sure i couldnt hear them. My hair looked EXACTLY the same as when i walked in. cost around $200 and in the end, when i said i was not happy that my hair was exactly the same, they blamed me, stating that it must have been the shampoo and conditioner i used.

Highly recommend wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair, Danielle always does an amazing job and the entire team are extremely friendly and welcoming!

Have been going to this hairdressers for the last 10 years and Danni and the girls are the best hairdressers ever. Their prices are great and the services they provide are just top level. Thanks girls xx

Bleach was left on over 3 hours(have photo stamps),hair has burnt/snapped from roots,snapped left side, plus 10 inches so far off the ends trying to save some. Notified them within 30 minutes of leaving how mortified I was and 4 apts since then trying to save my hair I was still charged. Have since been refunded a third of apt cost only, not even the original apt $255 bleach apt only no cut or dry etc, plus spent over $500 products trying to fix. Now seeing a diff hairdresser weekly for treatments, regular trims & blowdrys while growing growing 10-15 years of lost hair growth. I'm devastated & didnt leave the house 7 weekd as I cried when I saw my reflection. Loved this salon for 8 years but I'm beyond disappointed at losing a great friend who wouldn't apologise nor full refund for such a nightmare experience. I'm the first person to rave about great businesses, so kills me to leave a negative review, especially with someone i considered a close friend after so long. But to live with my horrific hair each and every day where i can't even run my fingers through it, it's devastating. It's now dark brown to cover damage as best possible (with grey roots as I have to leave it a few months to settle before colouring), so I look the worst I ever have. Usually brown makes your hair lush and shiny. But when it's snapped to 1-2 inch roots, it's impossible to not have those fly away 24/7. Who can go to a hairdresser for blowdry 365 days a year.

Lovely experience with Diarna, went in for a style cut and a big change, she was patient and kind, walking me through every step and reassuring me of the process. Reasonable price for a quality hair cut + shampoo and blowdry and style. Highly recommended!

I don't live nearby but I will drive the distance because it's so worth it. The girls are super friendly, and their service is A grade. I highly recommend this salon!
