Unfortunately, I signed a contract with them on July 2021 but everything that happened Fred asked me to negotiate with his installer directly, it was not my job to talk and negotiate with his installer on behalf of him.In the middle of job, they increased the price which I didn’t accept it! Then they didn’t complete the job because of COVID restrictions and they left the job in August and never come back. I sent them two follow up emails regarding the issues and changing the installer in August and September 2021 and they never responded. Now after almost 6 months, they sent me an invoice to pay for the job which they didn’t complete and with lots of issues!Some issues are as following:There are lots of gaps and chips on the boards especially around the door frames, very unprofessional installation!here is a pin under the main entrance door of the apartment that is scratching the boards during opening and closing. It’s not my job to buy a blade for the installer to cut it. You and the installer came here and did all the measurements and already charged me for 8 doors! He should cut it before installing the boards.The doors didn’t cut precisely, most of them damaged, have chips on them and should recut and repaint!The installation of skirting, trims and top cover ramps remained, and they never called me to come and installed them.There are 3 new boxes of floorboards and approximately 3-4 boxes opened and untouched boards plus lots of waste board! They ordered more floor boards to my supplier and wasted my money as I paid the money in full to the supplier!They ordered too many scotias and 8 of them remains and they said the material is not on us as you bought them directly!The actual skirting measurement is less than the one they quoted me and they didn’t install it!They charged me for grinding and leveling of the kitchen and it’s not level at all!They left lots of rubbish behind and they never come back to collect them.In the middle of the job, they increased the underlay quantity from 100 to 120 square meters as well as the installation quantity from 110 to 120! I just asked them to add the kitchen to the job which is just maximum 5 square meters considering wastage!Please bear in mind that I spent lots of money to buy a high-quality product and paid for installation of a high-end job! I don’t recommend this company! Please check the photos!
