Dave and John could not have been more helpful or professional. Broken down with a caravan and on holidays we were provided with a loan car and immediate assistance. They were super friendly, professional and fixed our problem within 2 business days after Kia advised it could take them up to 10 days. We highly recommend this business, their service was outstanding.

Bought a nice new car (Kia Sportage) but its factory headlights for country driving are underwhelming so was looking to have a light bar installed. Spoke with John at Hills Auto Electical who was very friendly and knowledgable, and while he said he is happy to install any light bar, he recommended the Navra LED light bar as he had always had good feedback. And its true, that was an excellent choice. While 14 inches, its very powerful, and the Installation is flawless, with the on/off button inside so well fitted it looks like it was part of the vehicle from the factory. This all installed in good time and and a good price. After 6 months it is still going strong.Friendly service with a smile, thoroughly recommended.

Wish my experience was as good as some on here considering HAE was recommended. My Renault Megane was a non-starter, no power to starter motor. Unfortunately it seems I paid the price for what I can only assume was a lack of knowledge of these cars.$760 to essentially replace a $5 blown cooling fan fuse and socket.Speaking with your technician the first thing he did was complain about accessing the engine fuse box and how difficult it was. Yes it is not as simple as some, but it can easily be removed in less than 20 mins if you follow the steps in the Megane repair manual. Done it myself several times.He then advised me that they checked the codes, the starter solenoid fuse and all the wiring, spending hours doing so. Finally finding that the 40A cooling fan fuse had blown. He said it was very hard to find because it is not on the same wiring diagram as the starter motor.Fair enough, but turns out that fuse is in the same fuse block as the starter solenoid fuse, only two fuses away. Surely a simple check of the fuses in the same block would have found it and you could have established it was affecting the starter solenoid fuse. A simple 10min check while you have the fuse box out. Saving hours in labour.Local Mount Barker mechanic spent 1.5 hours on the vehicle at no cost and diagnosed no power to the starter motor. I mentioned that to your technician and he responded Well we fixed it and they didnt". That may be the case because they are not Auto Electricians
