If I was able to give Coco Beaute no stars, I would. I was a loyal customer for many years, having even introduced many friends and co-workers to the salon. Coco Beaute sold me a skincare product under false pretences. Tried to return the product to the salon and explain the situation, however they did not believe me. I suggested that they check their camera for proof, however they refused. Coco became very aggressive very quickly and behaved in an extremely unprofessional and rude manner. I will be reporting this salon for false advertising and misleading and deceptive behaviour. Save yourself the stress and visit one of the other fantastic salons Bondi Junction has to offer.
