I Requested quotes from many solar companies and Future Solar were the most proactive, Sid called me straight away and was able to answer all technical questions. The Panel layout proposal surprisingly was better than all the other companies that quoted me. (If you are looking at solar quotes please take notice some sales team's just slap together a layout without any thought)This team have good engineering knowledge not like your typical sales representatives.System was installed with no issues, Patrick came to my home after to help commission and setup Warranty online.Would recommend this company.Thanks

Good customer service with swift responses to enquiries and very good pricing compared to other companies. The whole process was taken care of efficiently and promptly. Our roof has a steep pitch and they sorted scaffolding without any fuss. Polite and efficient installation and scaffolding team. Neat and tidy installation and they left our premises clean and tidy after they had finished. Very happy with the entire team.

I bought a solar system and Solis inverter from more green energy who has not been contactable for the last 2 months. I have sent the form to consumer protection who are looking into it but I doubt if they can help me. During this time I rang Patrick at Future Solar W.A who was marvellous he came out to my house said it could be just the buttons that need to be pressed so he got Solis themselves from over east of Australia to ring me which they did. They went through the information settings with me and now it seems to be generating power I am so grateful to Patrick who did not charge me for any of his help, he is a good man and not many people like him in the world I recommend them highly to anybody that needs technical service or a new solar system .Serena from Perth

I couldn't recommend Future Solar WA enough! Their price was competitive and the whole process was completed within a week. We had one minor issue which was no fault of theirs and it was resolved immediately with constant communication throughout.

Unfortunately I have a very poor experience with this company. While the install and everything went well, during the first downpour of rain we had a huge leak in the roof which ended up coming down through the ceiling in our lounge. They initially came out to fix the leak but it’s been around 8 months and they haven’t fixed our ceiling after promising to do so. I’ve reached out countless times and have been given every excuse under the sun, or simply not replied too.They blamed the poor workmanship on the contractor they used, which we understood. But at least fix the mess you promised to fix.

Great service from Syd at quote stage, quick & neat installation & great back up service from Patrick & team when I had a problem just before Christmas. I would & have recommended Future Solar WA to anyone thinking about Solar
