I couldn’t give zero star.Very bad experience. Highly unprofessional team Specially Milind and Julia.For more than a week, I have been waiting for my remote control. I paid the invoice, I talked to them few times, and I mentioned that I don’t have access to my car park, but I am still waiting.

I know running a strata plan isn't always straightforward but since we have Michael as our manager it seems that issues have been resolved smoothly without delay.He has always replied to emails in a timely manner, very professional and on top of the new laws in Strata Management which changed not long ago.

Worst strata company I have ever used. This so-called manager Michael Kaltoum never repies the email while we only send email when there's a problem with the building. When you call him, he is never in the office. Other staff are not so nice as well. They don't return calls. The strata managers don't have their individual work email address, anything unprofessional you can think of! I don't know why they've been used in the first place.

Very bad experience. Highly unprofessional. Michael the man, the real culprit. The entry gate of our parking is non functional since last 2 weeks but no signs of repairs despite reminder. My car has been broken into and dashcam stolen. Michael does not reply on my mails.

Strata management company does a good job for my building. They are helpful and compared to some of the other strata management firms i've dealt with i really cant complain.

I agree with the comment “run away from them as fast as you can”. We had enough with the poor quality of our building and extremely poor strata service. Luckily us strata committee had a meeting ourselves and finally got rid of them. Let me give you some tips:1. Be aware to check the contact finish date yourself as they would lie about it to make you stay longer.2. The ones who gave the five star review are actually their staff.3. The buildings built by the developer who uses this strata company originally are of poor quality.

The communication from this strata team is absolutely terrible. They never reply when you ask them to, and only get things done after repeated requests.

I'm not sure about some of the other reviews but I can say they are the best strata managers we have ever used. Michael, Simon and Julia are all great at their job and very responsive.

I've just moved into a unit after living in a house for 30 years. I called the Strata company in regards to moving in and Julia couldn't have been move nice and helpful.Since I've moved in I've had many communications with Sarkis who has responded quickly and efficiently, and like Julia, is so nice every single time. It's made the transition so much easier for me.I have dealt with many Strata companies in the past as I worked for a fire protection company and those employees always sounded so stressed out. Well, not the folks at National Strata Management!!! They are great!

The best advice I can give is run away from this lot as fast as you can. Talk about mis-management, not taking calls, not returning calls, probability of using dodgy" contractors
