Ben is the best coach I have had without a doubt. He is professional yet friendly. He is genuine about your program and wants to get you to where you want to be. I have no regrets reaching out and feel proud of myself because of the progress I have made through the program. I've been training under Ben's advice for a little under 5 weeks now. I've been training myself on and off for 10 years. In the 5 weeks with Ben I've made more progress than what I have in probably the last 5 years. His knowledge of nutrition and strength training is second to none. I've dropped 7 kg (fat) in 4 weeks yet my muscle definition and strength has increased. He's very attentive and makes sure you stick to your goals. He holds you accountable and that's something a lot of people need (myself included). Super friendly bloke also... I could write all day. Highly recommended. Super keen to see what my future holds with his help.

I’ve been with Ben for 10 months and have loved every minute of it! The sessions he designs are personalised, the food he works to accommodate any dietary required and the way he connects is amazing! Hands down would recommend Ben 10 x over especially being a cheerleader he’s had his work cut out for him!

Ben isn't just another PT, he's a coach in every sense of the word.When i walked off the street with the hope of just learning my way around a gym and maybe getting stronger in the process I had no idea Ben would take it so much further. He didn't just set a meal plan and weekly routine, Ben educated me in every aspect of my gym journey, his door was open anytime when i had questions, and was humble and honest every step of the way.Today I can safely say I know how to lift, I know my food, and I'm well and truely on the road to having the physique I've always dreamed of having.Without Ben's experience it just wouldn't have happened.

I can’t recommend Ben highly enough to anyone looking to start their fitness journey. I sought out a personal trainer in December of 2021 as I was tired of using generic fitness apps and not seeing any progress. I wanted something specific to me, for my body, and to develop an understanding of how to use gym machines & equipment.Through Ben’s customised fitness App, I have a step-by-step program to follow in the gym (along with video demonstrations) that also keeps track of the weights I’ve used so I can monitor my progress with each exercise. Ben is also very encouraging when it comes to hearing my fitness goals, and designs his programs to help me achieve them. Ben also created a custom meal plan that was incredibly easy to follow, and I now have the confidence to plan my meals myself according to my macros.Ben has taught me so much regarding health and fitness & I’ve never felt stronger!

Ben is literally the best coach in the world. I found him through word of mouth and upon meeting him he made me feel so comfortable and welcome to the fitness family. Where do I even start.. Ben is not only a coach but my friend, my inspiration and someone I look up to everyday. He is without fail the kindest, most understanding human being I have ever met. He constantly takes my needs into account and he supports me in more ways then just through my fitness journey. I know that when I need him he will always be there. I come to Ben weekly for my physique check in, and bombard him with my life story and he never fails to brighten the situation and offer his advice and support. I wouldn’t chose anyone else to guide me through my first competition prep, and I wouldn’t chose anyone else to lead me into the fitness industry myself. A true icon Mr Ben Jones.
