I wish if I could give 0 star. First of all misleading information provided by one of the employees. Moreover my order was cancelled without my authority. Both the employees have resigned now. I don't have my refund nor my furniture post waiting for 5 months. Still struggling to talk to store manager. Very poor experience. Please avoid buying from freedom

All the dandy staff are too busy wandering around or talking to each other while packing / stocking shelves to notice that a customer might need some assistance but when you reach the counter to purchase something, staff are ever so friendly. Stock was not available in a reasonable timeframe required so ended up having to purchase online for my wanted items. If you’re a member you’ll get free delivery on certain items purchased.

Horrible experience. We ordered a bed in Mile End. It was promised to be delivered in 5-7 weeks. After 1 week of delay we decided to call and ask where’s our bed. A lady answered that the deliver time is 4 months now and they can’t do anything. Nobody called us beforehand to give a heads up about such massive delay. When we started asking her to escalate it to the management and try to speed up, she told us a standard learned phrase and hung up on us without listening until the end.

We needed a new couch and while all the sales were on knew we had to check out what was aroundFound our perfect couch and was helped by Alayna who answered all of our questions and explained the warrantyWe also purchased the additional warranty and leather protectionHer service was outstanding and professionalShe made sure we were comfortable and felt welcome and safeEven signed up to the loyalty program and will be getting vouchers to come back againThe store was well lit, very clean and easy to navigateEveryone was well presented and friendly making sure we were okThank you for a positive experience

Lovely stock, but service didn't match unfortunately. Resulting in a decision to go with a retailer where the staff made far more effort to make it a pleasant experience. If I'm paying these prices....getting simple dimensions of floor stock shouldn't ruffle staff's feathers...

Freedom have a very large showroom at Mile End. The range of furniture is awesome. From modern dining to relaxed living, there is something in this showroom you will admire. We spent a long time just viewing the huge range. The sales staff were pleasant and were quite happy to assist us any way they could. For us a it was a very good buying experience.

Love shopping at Freedom. They aren't cheap but either are their products. I bought a leather sofa that is being built to order with the peace of mind that no one has sat on it. They threw in a cleaning pack and 5 years extended warranty. Can't wait until it's built which will take up to 8 weeks. So be it, l'm rapt.

UPDATE: They have agreed to exchange it under goodwillThe Barrett ottoman we bought came to us with many imperfections in the leather (hundreds of bite marks and multiple creases on the top panel).We asked for a replacement under warranty due to fault and Freedom's warranty assessors (a third party contractor) brushed us off stating it is a consequence of natural leather. Months later we're still awaiting a response after escalating the matter with their customer service department.
