The Logical Interface

I met Phil a few years ago at the LTAV Conference and always make sure I go to his informative workshops on technology in the classroom. It's a useful way to keep abreast of the available technology that we can utilise in our teaching. We have purchased from him a number of specialised microscopes with digital cameras and the associated bluetooth enabled software for students. Phil is always very helpful in understanding our needs and tailoring equipment within our budget restraints. The teaching staff have all been very happy with the quality of the equipment that he has supplied and we have been able to go on and order replicate set ups for other labs at their request. Would definitely recommend for a personalised service of quality equipment at competitive prices.

Horrible company. Phil from 'Logical Interface' stocks a wide range of microscopes that are poorly made with little support for troubleshooting issues. Phil sold a number of Wi-Fi microscopes that were meant to work on iPads and the latest iOS devices.As is often the case with devices made by cheap manufacturers, the iOS support for the devices that Phil has sold ceased a number of years ago. When this was identified Phil put the customer in touch with his 'IT Support' who went through a range of troubleshooting attempts, eventually blaming it on the local wi-fi network the custom was using (Note the device connects point to point from iOS device to the Microscope - at no stage is the local wi-fi network required).After this unfortunate process, Phil agreed to take the items back and refund the costs. Once Phil received the items, he claimed the items were working as intended and has charged the customer for shipping and freight. At no stage was this charge discussed, and a full refund was requested, given the misrepresentation of the iOS compatibility.Phil has been given the opportunity to remedy this, however has refused to do so. The customer will be contacting the ACCC to lodge a consumer complaint, however I would avoid this shoddy operation at all costs.

The staff at Logical Interface are very helpful and have great knowledge of the equipment we purchased. Phil recommended products which are very user friendly and their customer service is great.

It is refreshing receive such good and knowledgeable service. Our team have purchased a number of microscopes and accessories from TLI over the last 5 years. The quality of the equipment has been good. After sales service is great. I damaged one microscope in the course of my work and the repair was excellent, quick and reasonably priced. TLI are a business I highly recommend.
