Be aware of this business !!! Do not go !!! My experience was rough... rushed and to top it off I got ripped off an extra $15.00 off my $100 voucher for my birthday! So you might as well say I payed $70.00 for a $55.00 pedicure"...and what sucks is I can't prove it!!! At the end of the day it's not about the $ it's about the principle!! .. Very disappointed customer"!"

Usually I go to nail lovers, but my partner's coworker went to this place and they had a particular colour I love, so he paid for me to get it done. They were out of that colour, which didn't worry me. I should have gone to nail lovers at that, though.Continuously forgot to turn the lamp on, didn't set the coats properly and it is by far the flimsiest job I've ever had done. Used the machine on my natural nails and my nails feel like thin plastic.Customer service was shocking, rude and judgemental toward my partner for asking innocent questions in his attempt to treat me.Highly recommend Nail Lovers as they are brilliant and after giving these guys a go, it's no wonder NL are always more busy.

The past few times I have seen these guys have been great! But this one time I made a booking 11.45am didn’t get seen till 12.15 had me sitting in a chair with my feet in the water for half an hour to then being a rushed appointment because they were “busy” spoke to the lady at the end when paying and she had no words to say but we were busy I will take $5 off your payment. Not very professional we make a booking for a reason!! Will find somewhere else who actually have staff on when needed.

I was taking two of my mums friends daughters who are 12 to get their nails done and had permission by their parents and the ladies working laughed and mocked them for wanting to get their nails done at such a young age although it was fine for a 10 year old to get hers done because she was with her mother. I was 15 at this age and I just felt very disrespected and it seemed as the ladies were purposely trying to hurt them while getting their nails done. They even got me to call the parents of the girls and ask for permission and let the ladies hear and as the ladies heard the parents say “yes it’s fine” they mocked the parents as I hung up. Very rude and immature do not recommend

Really depends who you have, to the level of service you get, but all in all the nails good. Not having very good english, makes it a nightmare to try and explain particulars that you want.

Got a voucher for a spa foot massage and rang to make a booking for 10.30am to include my daughter as well. Greeted by a staff member wiping her nose on her mask and told to sit down and pick colour. Had to explain several times that we weren't there for pedicure; just spa foot massage. My daughter sat for 7 min until attended to, had her heels scrubbed then left for another 5 mins. I didn't even get that much attention; just 15, YES, 15 minutes with my feet sat in cold water. I got up, put my shoes on and sat to wait for my daughter; no-one noticed. DO NOT waste your money here. Abysmal.
